From
the Inbox: Thank you,
Mr. Enyart! I have been listening intently to your programs
regarding Dylan and end-of-life issues... Your program today was
especially impacting. You are hitting on the problems encountered
around life and death in hospital situations very well.
That story of the little boy, Dylan,
really got to me. Terri Schiavo's story happened right when my husband
Lee was going through his ordeal (which I wrote to you about last
week)... I posted many a message about Terri, and think some of
it made an impact, however, the end result terrified me and still does,
even more. Michael, that paramedic, also upset me. My husband was
on a feeding tube for a while until he recovered, and I realized that a
paramedic like Michael may not have considered Lee a valuable human
being. That's why Michael's call got to me so much. Thank
you for your care and concern in your email, about Lee pulling through.
I was SOOOO thankful this Christmas and last Christmas that I have my
dear husband Lee here with me. Thank you again for your very nice
email, and God bless you and your family, too. Have a happy new year.
From Cindy and Lee, Cheyenne, Wyoming
p.s. I also think it might have made a difference for Dylan if the
biological parents had been married to one another. Immorality and
illegitimacy create havoc in people's thinking and subsequent behavior. |

IMPORTANT:
Before listening to this show, you should listen to the correction
broadcast on 1-11-06 as Victory
Church Vindicated.
It took 24 days before Dylan Walborn succumbed to starvation, his only
crime being that he had cerebral palsy. Those who supported starving
Dylan to death included: Denver's Children's Hospital, Porter Hospice,
his public school teachers; a Social Worker, the Denver Post, and
family and friends. Bob has created a website, DylanWalborn.com, as a memorial to Dylan, with
an account of the tragic excuses made for killing him, and a plain
presentation of God's law against killing the innocent, by which it is
morally acceptable to let dying people die, but it is not okay to kill
them, whether by starvation, lethal injection, intentional
over-medication, or any other means.
Note: After talking with Victory Church and
Pastor Buddy Conn, I have become convinced that Kevin Simpson of the
Denver Post wrongly portrayed Pastor Buddy Conn as supporting the
starvation of Dylan. Victory Church Pastor Michael Ware has
committed to making a public statement to correct the matter.
Please see DylanWalborn.com for
more information.

BEL
News Story:
Pro-life
activists met with one of Colorado’s Deputy Attorneys General, Jason
Dunn, and prosecutor Jeanne Smith to inform them of abortion industry
violations state-wide of the mandatory reporting law for suspicion of
sexual activity with underage children. Colorado’s law does not
empower the Attorney General’s office to investigate or prosecute local
crimes. However, Colorado Right to Life vice president Leslie
Hanks, sidewalk counselor Jo Scott, and Denver Bible Church pastor Bob
Enyart argued that this matter rose to the level of the Attorney
General’s office because of its multi-jurisdictional nature.
Also, the pro-lifers asked Dunn to recommend that Attorney General John
Suthers use the lawful authority he does possess to issue a statement
to make statewide local law enforcement aware that, because of apparent
violations of mandatory reporting, abortion clinics are systematically
aiding those who commit incest and rape against children in the
cover-up of these crimes.
Planned
Parenthood of
the Rocky Mountains operates facilities across the state from Ft.
Collins, through Denver and Colorado Springs, to Durango.
Longtime prosecutor Smith was familiar with the frequent prosecutions
throughout Colorado of sexual predators for crimes against minors, but
could not recall any examples of cases arising from abortion clinics
complying with Colorado’s mandatory reporting law. Smith, and
Deputy Attorney General Dunn, stated that in preparation for this
meeting they had discussed the possibility of multi-jurisdictional
issues. The pro-lifers played recorded phone-call evidence,
obtained by Life Dynamics of Denton Texas, of Colorado abortion clinics
telling a woman posing as a 13-year-old to forget that you told us
the 22-year-old age of the man who had impregnated her. Both
lawyers indicated that such information seemed insufficient to prompt
the AG to investigate. Enyart indicated the statistical evidence,
since studies show that 60% to 80% of young teens impregnated have been
violated by adults, and many of those children are brought to abortion
clinics, and yet Colorado’s law requiring reporting from such workers
who “suspect” is utterly ignored. The officials asked if the
pro-lifers had direct evidence that any abortion organization had
centralized training procedures or policies specifically designed to
evade the mandatory reporting law, which the pro-lifers did not.
Leslie Hanks then said, “These are children’s lives that are being
ruined. This seems so wrong, that you are telling us that, as
citizens, Colorado’s Attorney General’s office cannot look into the
evidence, and that we, as citizens, are the ones who would have to
investigate.”
Aside from informing
these officials of this concern, the September 16, 2005 meeting yielded
three action items. The Deputy AG agreed to raise the matter with
Suthers of the AG issuing a statement to law enforcement; the Deputy
agreed to inform the pro-lifers of the outcome of that request; and it
was agreed that both parties would gather further information and meet
again, possibly next month.
This report should not
be understood to imply that abortion clinics would be less condemnable
if they reported rather than systematically ignored their suspicion of
child rape. Abortion clinics murder unborn children. And
abortion is always wrong. In this instance, our love and concern
for violated young teenagers who get brought to an abortion clinic,
often by the very adult who raped them, parallels our effort to save
the life of each and every unborn child, and to expose the wickedness
of the abortion industry.

On this show I overstated two points.
First, by

Senator apologizes for Antichrist comment in judge fight
By FAITH BREMNER, Gannett News Service, in Ft. Collin's Coloradoan,
4-28-05
6th Paragraph: On Sunday, about 30 members of the
Denver Bible Church picketed a Dairy Queen owned and operated by
Salazar's wife, Hope, in Westminster.
...
17th Paragraph: Meanwhile, Bob Enyart, pastor of the Denver Bible
Church in Arvada, said his congregants picketed the Salazar Dairy Queen
to protest both Sen. Salazar - because he supports abortion rights -
and Focus on the Family - because it is not sufficiently opposed to
abortion rights.
Enyart said Focus on the Family supports politicians who appoint judges
who uphold abortion rights and who support patients' right to die,
which he calls assisted suicide.
According to the liberal Alliance for Justice, Republicans appointed 58
percent of all federal appeals court judges. Seven of the nine Supreme
Court justices are Republican appointees.
"Time and time again, it's the Republican judges that hand down the
decisions that get the Christian right so angry," Enyart said.

So-called
follower of Christ by Vince Carroll, RMN Editorial Page Editor
Pastor Bob Enyart of Denver Bible Church, who led an anti-Ken Salazar
protest Sunday at the Dairy Queen in Westminster operated by the
senator's wife, is the living fulfillment of the left-wing caricature
of religious conservatives as crude and mean-spirited. For a sample of
the rhetorical style of this so-called follower of Christ, check out
his musings on homosexuals at enyart.com (click on "features," then
"quotes."). "We're sissifying the country" is one of his calmer
insights.
If
left-wing billionaire George Soros wants to stop squandering his
fortune on futile crusades such as John Kerry's election and start to
really make a difference, he should write a major check to Enyart. The
higher his profile, the more the public is likely to flee. |

They
sure know how to pick it by Vince Carroll, RMN Editorial Page
Editor
"If you wanted to protest Sen. Salazar's policies, wouldn't you picket
his place of work? Of course you would - unless you were a member of
Denver Bible Church, in which case you'd apparently picket the Dairy
Queen in Westminster operated by the senator's wife. Yes, target a
small, fragile business on its busiest day. At least that's what some
of them chose to do on Sunday. Next thing you know, minister Bob
Enyart will be leading his flock to picket North High School because
Salazar has children there. But maybe we shouldn't give him
ideas."

Criticism of Christian Strategy Makes News
Focus on the Family's 25-year Republican strategy failing...

Peter Webb, associate
editor of Focus on the Family's CitizenLink,
interviewed
Bob for clarification on Denver's "Filibuster" protest of Senator
Salazar.
Bob sent
this response to a Christian urging him to sign a petition to stop
judicial filibusters: Tell me why we should care? The
majority of the twelve 11th Circuit judges were appointed by Republican
Presidents, and of the six appointed since the Moral Majority and
Christian Coalition urged us to vote for "pro-life" Republicans, ALL
SIX voted to kill Terri Schiavo, and those six judges were appointed by
presidents Reagan, Bush and W. Bush. And of the nine U.S. Supreme
Court Justices, seven of the nine were appointed by Republican
presidents, and the Supreme Court is solidly pro-choice,
pro-homosexual, and generally unconcerned about the growth of
anti-Christian bigotry in America. Also, a Republican president
nominated the federal judge who wrote the 9th Circuit decision that the
"under God" Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. And on and
on. Why haven't you learned that Republican presidents
overwhelmingly nominate pro-abortion, pro-homosexual, generally
anti-Christian judges? George W. Bush filled the Texas courts
with pro-abortion judges, and has repeatedly stated that he does not
consider abortion an issue when nominating judges. Sign a
petition? What's the point? Don't you realize that you are
being used? In Christ, -Bob Enyart

After libeling Denver Bible Church members in
his April 6th column, and following this show and your emails to the
Denver Post, they cancelled Swain's weekly column. Swain wrote to
his supporters, "Focus on the Family has on numerous occasions
taken my column to task. Yet, probably the biggest critic of gay
equality and of my column specifically has been Bob Enyart, the
conservative Christian minister of Denver Bible Church,
DenverBibleChurch.org. He has tried to use the power of his radio show

very strong emails in favor of the Post keeping me on as a columnist in
response to Enyart’s targeting me on his radio show..." Read the
